Academic Programme Manager
The Academic Programme Manager will play a central role in preparing Rise & Lead Academy for its January 2027 launch, joining in October 2026 to lead the final stages of programme development, faculty recruitment and onboarding, academic coordination, and delivery preparation.

Core responsibilities.
Programme Management and Delivery
- Manage day-to-day academic delivery across all 10 modules
- Develop and maintain the 18-month delivery calendar
- Coordinate workshops, online learning, coaching, and assessments
- Ensure learning outcomes are delivered consistently at Post Bachelor standard
- Oversee the Learning Community structure
- Coordinate academic preparation before January 2027
Faculty Recruitment and Leadership
- Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Visiting Lecturers
- Coordinate faculty schedules and module preparation
- Convene and chair the Faculty Forum once per term
- Build a collaborative faculty culture across academics, practitioners, and Executive Partners
Academic Quality and Student Experience
- Ensure learning outcomes and assessments are aligned with Post Bachelor standards
- Report to the Academic Board on programme quality and student progress
- Serve as the senior programme point of contact for students
- Gather student feedback and use it to strengthen the programme
Person specification.
Essential
- Master's degree in leadership, education, organisational psychology, management, or a relevant discipline
- Experience in academic programme management or executive education
- Understanding of Post Bachelor or comparable higher-education standards
- Experience coordinating lecturers or facilitators
- Commitment to women's leadership advancement
- Excellent written and spoken English
Desirable
- PhD or equivalent
- Experience with ECTS frameworks or European higher-education quality standards
- Experience launching or scaling an academic programme
- Network in women's leadership or executive education
- Familiarity with blended learning design

Visiting Lecturer
Visiting Lecturers will design and deliver modules, establish learning outcomes, guide assessments, and ensure the programme operates at Post Bachelor standard.

Core responsibilities.
Module Design and Delivery
- Design the complete module learning journey
- Establish learning outcomes aligned with Post Bachelor level descriptors
- Develop assessment briefs and marking criteria
- Lead onsite workshop sessions
- Co-facilitate with Executive Partners and guest lecturers
Assessment and Feedback
- Design assessments allowing students to demonstrate required outcomes
- Mark assignments and provide timely written feedback
- Participate in assessment moderation and standardisation
- Contribute to the Capstone panel
Faculty Community
- Attend the Faculty Forum once per term
- Participate in faculty onboarding between October and December 2026
- Contribute to curriculum review and quality assurance
- Collaborate with other Visiting Lecturers to ensure coherence

Essential
- Minimum Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Demonstrable expertise in the subject area of the proposed module
- Experience teaching or facilitating at postgraduate or Post Bachelor level
- Ability to design learning experiences and assess work at the required standard
- Commitment to women's leadership advancement
- Excellent written and spoken English
Desirable
- PhD or equivalent
- Active research or publication record
- Experience with competency-based or portfolio assessment
- Familiarity with ECTS frameworks
- Experience in executive education
- Network in women's leadership or organisational development
