A Post Bachelor leadership programme for women who are ready to lead at the highest level. Blended learning across in-person workshops, online communities, and individual coaching.
Three tracks. One integrated experience.
Monthly In-Person Classes
Full-day workshops in The Hague. Immersive, applied, and facilitated by Academic Faculty and guest lecturers.
Online Learning Communities
Groups of 6–8 peers meeting online between workshops to prepare, reflect, and sustain momentum.
Individual Coaching
Coaching sessions in Modules 2 and 9 translating self-assessment and development planning into personal commitments.
Women who are already leading.
The programme is for women who have demonstrated their capability and want the academic grounding, positioning, and network to lead at the highest level.
Places are confirmed with attention to participants' levels, objectives, and group diversity.
